Scheduling
The Awards ceremony will be held on one or two evenings. After 10-12 Recipients schedule for June 5, we will continue scheduling 10-12 Recipients for June 4 or June 6. Day will be dependent on poll of recipients. If less then 5 recipients schedule for the second day, we will just have a one day event.

Wednesday, June 4: Set Up and Rehearsal in Theater

Thursday, June 5: Already Set Up in Theater. Rehearsal.

Friday, June 6: Move to Concourse A or B

Preference
We would prefer to start the event on June 5 for the following three reasons:

a) June 5 is World Environment Day. However June 1-7 is World Environment Week so June 4 would be an OK day.

b) The theater requires 200 people to attend or it looks more empty. By moving the event to the Concourse on the second day, there is less pressure to fill up as many seats.

c) Setting up on June 4 without having the event will allow more time for rehearsals and filling up seats for June 5.

Sponsors
a) We will also film CEO Space and Green LA Business Sponsors on June 4, 5 and 6 in Theater or Concourse, between 12PM and 5 PM.

b) They will set up exhibits of their company. We will allow 15-30 minutes to film each business.

c) Their video can be used on their website, You Tube, and will be downloaded along with the Awards Ceremony Video to a million individuals.
